Introduction
The devastating loss of someone you love can fill your days with unspeakable heartache. Lost hopes and dreams color your daily thoughts. Perhaps you're wishing you could have said or done something different or better the last time you were with your loved one. Grief is reaching out for someone who has always been there for you only to find when you them one more time they are no longer there. Grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss of any kind. In our American culture, what we do about grief is often not normal or natural or even healthy. My specialty is helping adults who are grieving any significant loss to restore joy and hope again in their lives.
