- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior and veteran discounts as well as seasonal promotions. We do have a minimum fee of $3,500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free in-home consultation. Once our customer accepts the proposal, we move forward with the project and begin the installation or construction process. Throughout the project, our project managers work closely with our crews as well as with our customers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Once the job is complete, the project manager will arrive to the job site for a final inspection of the work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 19 years of experience in the construction industry and have worked with many types of projects and people from all walks of life. All members of our team participate in an extensive training program upon joining our company and are continuously updated on the latest industry standards and techniques. This commitment ensures that our team remains at the forefront of construction innovation and consistently delivers high-quality results tailored to our clients' unique needs.
