I noticed a crack on my flat roof seems, Llya from Samson roofing responded quickly and came to inspect the very next day. He arrived and early, punctual and very professional. He inspected my roof very thoroughly and pointed out all the possible issues. He was very honest and knowledgeable. It is by far the best interaction I have ever had with a roofing company. Would and already have recommended llya to my colleagues for any type of roofing issues.

Wow! I must say, I was feeling very nervous about getting our roof replaced, that is UNTIL the guys from Samson Roofing came out to give me a quote. They were very quick to respond, and unlike other companies that I called for bids, they were the only ones who walked us through the benefits of different products that exist out there (I didn't even know that roofing was a whole system and not just the top layer of shingles). Thank you Samson and the crew for your expertise and speedy installation! Our house looks refreshed after that nasty thing we had on for the last 30 years. I finally feel secure in my own home for many rainy seasons to come. The thorough clean-up at the end was the cherry on top. I will be referring you to my sister, friends and all the neighbor on the block. 5 STARS!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client is called by the office to schedule an appointment with all decision makers. Project manager will give a thorough roof inspection and consultation approximately 30-45min. Our project managers than leave a price for you to discuss.
