Ilya is very professional and quick to answer my questions. He patiently explained the situation and remedies. After the emergency solution to my leaky roof, he gave me an estimate to repair the ridges and replace the vents. The estimate is reasonable so he’s going to do the repair this week weather permitting. I will do a follow up review after the final roof repair is done with photos.

I noticed a crack on my flat roof seems, Llya from Samson roofing responded quickly and came to inspect the very next day. He arrived and early, punctual and very professional. He inspected my roof very thoroughly and pointed out all the possible issues. He was very honest and knowledgeable. It is by far the best interaction I have ever had with a roofing company. Would and already have recommended llya to my colleagues for any type of roofing issues.

llya came out to inspect my roof because of a leak we had. Super professional and very knowledgeable. He made sure to check every detail and give me a very thorough estimate. Super pleased with his work and professionalism. Will definitely hire!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client is called by the office to schedule an appointment with all decision makers. Project manager will give a thorough roof inspection and consultation approximately 30-45min. Our project managers than leave a price for you to discuss.
