I contacted KG Construction Group for remodeling my kitchen and bathroom, and if that worked out I have other projects I wanted done. I was super excited after I met the project manager. It sounded like everything I wanted. He left and told me the estimate should take about a week. I never got the estimate. Its been over a month now. I tried texting and calling. Today I reached out to the main company number, and was pretty much told to contact the same person I saw. I guess my project was rejected, and I have no idea why. There's just silence. This is so unprofessional. At the very least they could have said, I'm sorry we are not interested. This just shows me how their work would have been, I guess it is a good thing I found out before I made any commitments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware! Beware! Beware!!! My husband and I used KG Construction for a kitchen remodel. Almost everything that could go wrong with a remodel did, indeed, go wrong. They put in the wrong flooring - which thankfully they did correct but it was a major hassle. The dishwasher was installed improperly and had to be fixed within 2 weeks of installation. The cabinets were not installed properly and now the weight of the granite is causing the cabinets to sink. The wrong sink was put in. Basically everything that could possibly go wrong did. I do not recommend them. We are trying to get them back to fix the cabinets that were installed improperly and they are not returning our calls, now that we have paid for the kitchen.

First of all I agreed with the installation of a bathtub full shower conversion on the basis that it would take 1 day if not 2 to install. Day 1 the installer arrived at 12 noon instead of 9. Four hours later he left and I noticed my ceiling was leaking in 2 spots from where he removed the tub and plumbing. He was called back to stop the leak. Day 2 different installers arrived at 2pm instead of 9am again I was sold on a 1 day installation maybe 2 days. Day 3 they called at 1pm arrived at 3pm stayed until 10pm and did not finish. After 3 days of lost work the following week they showed up after other jobs. On Saturday, after approximately 10 days since installation began they finally finished. I lost over 1000 dollars in pay. Customer service was horrible! I could never talk to Eli the owner to resolve my complaints about the companys terrible service. What a shame! I would not recommend KG Construction Group to anyone, they get no stars from me.

Ridiculous contract and prices. Any reputable contractor should not require any payment upfront with the exception of site delivered manifested building materials or delivered custom items. These jokers require up to 95% pre-payment prior to completion of projects, which makes you seriously question the confidence in their craftsmanship. The total of our estimates from them were literally 40% above other contractors we consulted for our kitchen and bathroom renovations, with the exact same materials. We can’t comment on their finished product as we could not get past their incredibly high estimating and borderline unethical contract terms. Consumers should never be asked to pay upfront until a job is completed and there is no shortage of reputable contractors who operate this way along the Front Range, many of which will not even make you pay upfront for materials, until the job is completed to the client’s satisfaction.

We started with our complete master bathroom remodeling and went on with our kitchen remodeling and yard. The crew was punctual, clean, professional and everything promised was performed in such a timely manner ( prior to back to school). If and when needed, we will reach out again to KB with no hesitation.
