They contacted me very quickly and set up right away. I confirmed the day of and when I talk to customer service rep, I said can you please remind the tech this is a rental, tenants will be there and if he needs me I can come. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach. It was just that one rep who I thought could have had a better attitude. But, since the work was good and they came as they said they would, I would use them again.

I wish I knew about EZ Sliding Doors Repair before I wasted money on two handymen to fix the sliding doors at my place. I mean they did their best, but the result didnt last long. Guys from EZ Sliding Doors Repair were able to finally fix the doors and replace some parts of it. They did a perfect job to make the doors slide smoothly and quietly. I never knew I needed a service like this so much until now! My sliding doors to my balcony have been funny for years! I always feel like Im wrestling them open. Well after a final struggle its finally time to get them repaired/replaced. I called EZ sliding doors as they responded super quick and friendly might I add. With the global pandemic going on they were very quick and considerate of my environment and got the job done! Highly recommend!!
