Josef came to my place and provided me with a free estimate after inspecting the space. His team was punctual and efficient. They cleaned my attic floor and insulated as promised. My attic was full of bird poop and there was evidence of other pest as well. They even carefully removed a nest of live baby birds so I could release them later. The whole job, for two houses on my property, took one day. I am pleased with the job.

06.19.2018: On Monday, February 12, 2018, 8:30 am, Yossi business owner of Y&S Home Builders showed up at my home with his crew to replace my old attic insulation with new R-38, rafter radiant foil, plus an attic exhaust fan. I explicitly contracted Yossi, business owner of Y&S Home Builders, for the job because he promised me to execute the entire job according to all city and building codes, that he would absolutely fulfill and uphold all proper, work and ethical standards as required by building safety codes. And, to Yossi's credit he did exactly what he promised. Excellent job - very happy!

We price per square feet and need to measure each attic individual and per cleint needs. Our pricing is the lowest in the market and we will match any price compared to our scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arriving to the client house for inspection and going over the client needs and expectation. Making sure to give him the most information about all the steps. Email the estimates or can give it on the spot.

8 years of working for construction company till I started my own 7 years ago.
