We just moved into this unit and didn't realize the washer was faulty. As soon as I placed my sheets to be washed, it immediately errored out. I contacted a few places, and Smile Appliance Repair got back to me almost immediately with a tech available to come to my home within 20 minutes. Ivan was quick, efficient, and very articulate. He explained everything in detail, so I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of someone who doesn't have a clue about this sort of thing. He fixed the problem immediately—it turned out to be a sensor that he had with him in his work bag. He cleaned up and left, and I still had time to go to work and have a full day for myself. I thought I would have to spend all day at home trying to figure out the problem but it was just my lucky day for reparation! Thank you so much you guys!
