I had an excellent experience with Smile Appliance Repair. The icemaker in my 15-year-old Frigidaire refrigerator had stopped making new ice. My technician, Ivan, was terrific. Not only had he fixed the problem and installed a new icemaker within 15 minutes, he also took the time to explain to me what had gone wrong. He also showed me how an icemaker actually works; that there was a heating coil that had gone bad. Once the new one was installed, he demonstrated the movement of the temp gauge, the water now flowing through and the actual movement of the mechanical arm indicating it was doing its job. I was very pleased! The price was reasonable and matched the estimate. I highly recommend Smile Appliance Repair.

My High End Single Family Beverly Hills Tenant notified me the 8 year old French Door Refrigerator in her Rental was suddenly FREEZING EVERYTHING..!!! AND FOOD WAS SPOILING..!!! This would be My Responsibility for Repair and LOSS OF FOOD…! YES or NO..? SMILE APPLIANCE showed up within an hour and quickly assessed the problem…??? Someone did NOT CLOSE THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR, CAUSING THE COMPUTER TO OVER COMPENSATE AND FREEZE EVERYTHING IN THE REFRIGERATOR…!!! SMILE APPLIACE WAS SO HONEST and reduced the Temperature and advised to call in a few days if there was still a problem. TRUTH, Someone else could have told me anything and I would have ended up paying for a Fake Repair..!!! SMILE APPLIANCE IS AMAZING..!!!

I am so pleased with Ivan’s work and so grateful for how quickly Smile Appliance Repair responded to my call. Our freezer stopped making ice and was warming up. Ivan arrived in time and immediately determined the cause of the problem as a broken fan, causing the freezer to overheat. He got the part and had the entire thing fixed and up and running in no time. The cost was reasonable, Ivan was very professional, and he was very organized and tidy while working. Less than 12 hours after he made the repair, the freezer was cold enough for the ice maker to work properly. We are full of ice now! Thank you to Ivan and Smile Appliance Repair.
