FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can find all about pricing and discounts on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a service request and go to my customer's house, I first diagnose the problem with the appliance, then call my customer and show them what the problem is and why it has occurred. I try to explain to them how to use the appliances in the right way so it will serve them for a very long time. The appliances are very sensitive too, even though they are metals, we can't abuse them, they need to have a special approach as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an appliance repair technician for about 12 years and have experience in both residential and commercial appliances, and heating and air conditioning repair and installation. In 2012 I opened my own business which is registered under Appliance Service Dealer. I am also EPA Certified. (Environmental Protection Agency)
