- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple and affordable. You can view our rates, references, and some basic info about our company on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are given a quote over the phone. Once on site first thing we will do is introduce ourselves. Then we (customer + crew) will do a walk around your home or business paying special attention to any problem areas and noting any thing worth noting i.e. broken windows, broken screens, extra dirty surfaces, pets in home or yard etc... After that's all said and done we will verify the quote you've been given (which generally doesn't change from phone call to visit), you give us the okay and we get to work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Crystal Clear is a family owned and operated business started in 1976 by David Hapgood. Day to day operations are still run by David, Wife Erin, children and close relatives.
