We had numerous and very diverse projects. Merdad and his team accomplished them all in one day. Replaced 2 skylights, installed new mantle and finished trim on fireplace, ripped out a funky looking closet, and replaced and repaired wood floors that had water damage. They protected our floor and furniture with coverings and cleaned up when done. He even used metal detector to insure no loose nails or screws were left behind. Will definitely call him again when we need home projects done. His prices were very fair. We’re very satisfied with all the work done.

Rosendo was very responsive on Thumbtack. He came in person to give me a quote. Rosendo explained the work that needed to be done and offered a fair price. He and his two person crew arrived a few days later and professionally completed the job to replace some fascia and take care of other work. One of his guys even offered to replace a few broken tiles. Very friendly and hard working. I would hire again!
