Rosendo and his team did an excellent job. I had a couple leaks in my roof. One was over the house and the other over the patio. He explained what work was needed and why it wasn't just replacing a couple shingles. The patio needed a lot of work besides just the roof. I didn't want to replace the roof with rotting wood underneath. Rosendo and his team did a great job replacing some of the wood in the patio and installing the roofing.

Rosendo and his crew are Awesome. I submitted a request for a quote through the App. on July 24 by Friday July 26 Rosendo was at my house giving me a quote. The crew started working on my roof Monday morning July 29th, 7:30am. My project was a complete roof replacement , double paper and some minor wood replacements. The crew completed the project on Thursday Aug. 1st, 3:30 pm, 4 days, complete roof replacement. Awesome job by Rosendo and his crew. I highly recommend them for any roofing projects. Low prices and quality work.

Rosendo did a great job in diagnosing the problem in the roof and gave us a quote that we found reasonable. He did not pad up the quote with unnecessary extra tasks. That was not the case with some quotes from some other roofers. He offered the same three year warranty for the work. The fixes were completed in a timely manner.

Rosendo repaired the flashing around the skylight, he came very early right before the rain started and finished the job with his brother. No more leaks after several days of heavy rain, he included a 3 year warranty.
