- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from project to project. we need to assess each project individually to prepare an official proposal for a client. For preliminary inquiry's and homeowners who are still early in the process we typically provide rough estimations based on our initial conversation/call. that way they can better prepare and adjust their needs and wants accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical work flow when a customer is interested in working together consists of a initial consultation, which we do via zoom/video call to get as much details as possible about the project and go over the clients needs. The next step is to schedule a time for one of our team members to come by the property to take measurements and go over any details we may have missed. Once completed, we prepare a preliminary proposal for the client to review, and make any changes needed until we reach the desired goal.

Our team of experts share decades of experience in all construction related trades, from electricians, plumbers, framers etc. We aim to perform every part of any project to the highest standard to make sure the end result is at the highest level as it can be.
