We've been working with Phanat for about a year now, and he trains us as a couple. He brings equipment with him and also makes great use of what we have. He's been able to meet both of our needs and takes health issues into conscientious consideration. He is truly kind and talented. 8 months ago I got pregnant and he has continued working with us as a couple very effectively even though our fitness goals are different now. We are absolutely healthier, stronger people with Phanat in our lives.

I have been working out with Phanat for the last 2 months and I can already feel my body beginning to tone up, and my clothes becoming looser! He encourage me and motive me each session. I have seen significant improvement in strength, flexibility and endurance . He focus in good form to prevent injuries (one of the main reasons to hire a trainer). Overall Phanat is a very cool guy and easy to talk to! I would recommend him to anybody that is looking a great personal trainer!
