FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m always willing to work with a customer. I may negotiate my labor pricing but I’ll never cut costs on material. I use what I know is best and I stand behind its quality. However, I believe I do amazing work, which is why I value my labor. I am competitive with my pricing, and although I probably will not be your cheapest inquiry, I promise I’ll deliver something special to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure I understand what the customer wants and how educated he is in regards to how it gets done. Often, customers know what they want, and it’s completely doable. But sometimes customers can have unrealistic plans. Next step is breaking it down into stages and always keeping the client in the loop with why I’m doing what I’m doing so that in the end it all makes sense to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing hardscape work since 2009. Even today I’m always researching other people’s work on the internet and seeing work of other creative minds so as to expande my own creativity.
