- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please use our booking form to get an accurate price. Thumbtack doesn't allow us to customize the pricing the way we need to. The prices shown on Thumbtack are a very general estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first cleaning typically takes longer because it is a more detailed clean. If you schedule recurring services, we'll rotate which areas get deep cleaned each time we're at your home. This ensures no area stays dirty for too long. If you ever need to reschedule, simply email or text us, or log into your account and adjust your booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners go through monthly evaluations. They also have training at least once a quarter on new techniques, products/services we may offer, and how to safely use cleaning equipment around your home. This helps to ensure that our cleaners are cleaning your homes correctly, safely, and always providing the best possible customer experience.
