- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, our pricing system is rather flexible, very low, and suitable for our customers needs. Our prices seldom ever change. Junior .B Specilaist we try to establish a set price and reach a compromise on our pricing system that is both suitable for our customers and company. We will always honor that price for at least one year of service before we raise our prices. So there are no worries with our company and prices fluctuating up all the time. We try to give our customers the same low prices we set for the same quality work they receive. We will always offer a free in house appointment and estimate to meet with our customer and discuss all their needs and a schedule that works best for them along with a set price that fits their budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We've analyzed the individual customer need to perform custom services and suitable for every type of customer. Walking them through the steps that will be taken so they have a clear understanding of what we are offering, the time it will take and to be realistic as to the time frame the scope of work will take
