Washed the windows interior and exterior, as well as, cleaned the screens on a large 2-story home. The service technician was prompt arriving at the stated time arranged. He was personable and had a positive attitude. The rate he charged was reasonable for the amount of time he spent and the amount of work involved with so many windows. My only complaint is that the large arched entry window above the front door is all streaked and I have to get someone in again to clean it again.

Fair upfront pricing that my not be the lowest at times but will worth the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and walk the job/project with the client to confirm the scope of work. I make suggestions concerning the project from experience and the clients budget. I have the customer sign a 2 part work order stating what is to be done and give a copy to the customer before I start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to several window cleaning associations, and also subscribed to information concerning the latest technology related to my field.
