Karie, Desiree and her crew were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them for your home staging. They arrived on time on what was probably the hottest day of the year, and worked tirelessly to be sure that the would complete my job on time. Ditto for the next day! They were able to stage the empty house in such a way that a buyer would imagine themselves living there.

I am a battered woman with disabling PTSD. I am extremely low income at the moment. I contacted this designer, after, I told my doctor, that my ex had taken over the master bedroom and I’d been living in the family room for a year. After EGPD helped me by removing that man from my home, on December 28, 2023, I was trying to clean. I walked into my room and it made me sick. It was filthy, but more important, it gave me the creeps. Bad energy, bad flashbacks. I couldn’t enter; it was paralyzing my mind. I felt unsafe sleeping in there. My doc told me, go ahead and fix up your room. Make myself happy in every way I can. Live in the moment. Anxiety is worrying about the future. Depression is worrying about the past. I posted a ridiculous-sounding ad for a local interior design company. I barely had cash. I figured no one would help me. I was thrilled to hear from Karrie and Deserey from Creative Staging and Interior, located in Laguna West. These ladies are special! They took on my challenge happily, we all joked that it will be fun to stay within budget. I said, good luck! Since I had no clue what I wanted, except I liked pretty and sparkly stuff, Deserey spent hours online to present me cute styes in a lot of colors, which were all great. I said I liked flower pictures by Georgia O’Keefe, and they showed me a poster only for $18. I was beyond thrilled. But no, these wonderful neighbors purchased 2 actual Canvas prints as a gift. One is autographed too! I was speechless. And, everything else was on sale! From Amazon, Wayfair, Ikea, Hobby Lobby, and Homegoods. They did all the shopping for me! That is even more time that they invested. Karrie was so sweet; she is experienced the real estate and staging business and is so professional, down-to earth, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. Deseray is the same. She is young and has a great future in interior design. They came to my home about 7-10 times, and Deserey, again, spent hours assembling all the furniture. I had leftover cash to buy flowers and patio decorations. Karrie and Deseray, at Creative Staging and Interior, made me feel special and important, a feeling I have never had. I will always have a place in my heart for them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I am your Realtor and list your home I will provide "FREE" Staging. Otherwise, if your home is vacant and you just need staging my pricing is: Partial Staging starts at $500-$1,000. Full Staging starts at $1,500-$3,000 (Depending upon the size of the home.) This includes entranceway, kitchen, bar area, living room, dining room, family room, all bathrooms, hallways, fireplace mantel etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer "FREE" complimentary consultation. Where I can come to your home and we can meet and discuss my services that would be the best fit for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in business for over 14 years and have my Real Estate license. All 14 years I've received the prestigious 5-Star Real Estate Award in the Sacramento Magazine. Also, I have worked as a Project Manager for clients that flip homes and/or previous tenants have left their rental in horrific conditions. Then, I Supervise the Rehab of a home. I have a team of workers that I bring in such as: contractors, painters, flooring installers, roofers, landscapers, handymen, Etc. I get all estimates for the owner's and supervise all work to the owner's satisfaction. Once completed I provide staging, professional photography and list your home for top dollar!
