We recently undertook a significant remodeling project with Haidar and his team which included renovating two bathrooms and adding an additional bathroom in the garage. I’m going to go ahead and jump on the Sac City Renovations is fantastic train.
Haidar and his crew were wonderful throughout the process of remodeling my bathroom.
They were professional and timely in all areas.

I cannot recommend this company and team enough for the following reasons:
The Team:
From the owner, to each team member, they truly embody “hard working” on a daily basis. They show up, do the work and do it with excellence. This is a rare trait in today’s workforce. In addition to being hard workers, they are joyful and very funny. Having them around is an experience. They are willing to be challenged and will expand on their skills as client’s need or bring in experts where they know they cannot service the customer to their standard of excellence.
The Skillset:
The team is well-rounded and can offer a full turn-key remodel.
The Project:
What started out being a small bathroom
remodel in a basement: turned into a full basement remodel. They not only remodelled but converted the entire space into a self-contained flat let as an add-on to a home. We were then so impressed with their work that we decided to proceed with a full deck installation and Modpool installation alongside it. This aspect of the project was especially challenging as the deck is 7500 square foot in size and the site location is on a mountain side and therefore sloped. They had never done this type of work before and completed it exceptionally well. Finally we hired them to do a full barn conversion into an office space.
The Budget:
The team are not cheap and if you are looking to approach your project through a cost saving lens, then this team is not for you: They reasonably priced for the quality they deliver and are flexible in their pricing model.
The Timeline:
Timelines were met despite increased scope which was the most impressive aspect of their work.
The Quality:
They listened and delivered on the design quality we desired.
The Communication:
The most important aspect which contributed to this project’s success was the team’s communication. They setup group threads to
manage communication in real-time. Issues were flagged immediately with accuracy and honesty, and dealt with. Daily updates and progress photos were shared and the work plan for the following day was shared. It is due to this that the project progressed as well as it did.
