Phenomenal! We called James when our AC condenser was making a horrible mechanical scraping noise. Right after the hottest day of the year hit! He was here within a few hours. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. James was a model of professionalism. Hopefully we won’t have any more issues, but I will call him first if we do.
