Really appreciated their communication and professionalism to fix my air conditioner after a hot week. He kept his appointment and told me when he would arrive. Then diagnosed and worked quickly to fix my AC problem once he arrived. Certainly would hire them again.

I recently had a new kitchen sink and countertop installed. I needed to have new fixtures and pipes installed to make the sink functional. I selected James for this project and I couldn't have made a better choice. He responded within a couple of minutes and we set an appointment for the same day. James arrived at the designated time and assessed the project. He explained what parts were needed, acquired them, and proceeded to work. He worked steadily and stayed focused. The work he did was neat, and he left no debris. My kitchen looks amazing and I am thoroughly pleased to have selected such a great professional.

If you need any plumbing work done, James is your guy 👍🏼 I reached out on a Saturday morning for a small but very critical pipe repair. Our new drop-in sink was too deep and wouldn’t fit into the cabinet because of a tall loop vent. I asked him to please do whatever it takes to make it fit! 😭 He gave me an insanely fair quote for being so accommodating so it was an immediate yes! James came over within a couple of hours and went straight to work. He was able to lower the height of the vent so that the sink fit properly! I’m happy to have had his expertise because I do *not* want to mess with vent pipes! 😅 We can now complete installing the sink and get our kitchen back in working order. James is a rockstar. He setup all the plumbing for our new kitchen sink and installed new fixtures. He responded quickly and offered next day (weekend) service. I felt he went above and beyond to explain the work that needed to be done and helped answer questions about which fixtures to purchase along the way. He was in and out in just a few hours and we no longer have to wash our dishes in the bathroom. He does quality work and will not cut corners. Highly recommend. Thank you James!

Our air conditioner wasn't working as efficiently as it used to. Of course, this all started when we hit this 100+ degree heat wave. It wouldn't get below 80 degrees and we needed help. We contacted James on thumbtack and within 5 minutes he replied back. Even on the phone before we hired him, he was trying to troubleshoot and help us out. He was able to come help the very next day after the call. He was so warm and friendly with our kiddos, and kept us informed through every step of the process. He also gave us clear advice on how to optimize the airflow in our home (adjusting furniture so our vent could work better, moving rugs to better help the ac to absorb heat, etc.) He ultimately saw that our coils had never been cleaned. He meticulously cleaned the coils and recommended if that doesn't work, we can explore more costly repair options. Now, our home is FINALLY feeling cool! Thank you James for being so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!
