Marc is amazing! Kind, punctual, fair, polite, just an amazing individual! It was truly a pleasure to meet and work with him. He was able to find the vent, clean and clear it, and he hooked the vent to our dryer back together. Before this we would wash our clothes and drive all the way to the laundromat to dry them. Now we can actually use both our washer and dryer! We had a problem with our dryer vent for quite a while and we’re receiving very high quotes to fix the issue from other places we tried, but Marc was able to come in and under 30 minutes everything is just fine and he was more than fair in his pricing! Definitely recommend!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees. My prices are fixed and one of the lowest in Sacramento county due to very little overhead. There will be winter discounts in December.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st. Try to make the customer comfortable by being friendly & polite. Asking the customer how soon they would like the service. If available, allow them to choose the time & day. Explaining to to the customer the step by step process. Asking the customer if they have any questions for me. Making sure I am on time to the appointment .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience.
