Introduction

25 Plus years of experience. I am a licensed, insured, and bonded GC. Focused on quality of work and customer service. I enjoy the work that I do and getting to work with my customers. I am a ‘journeyman’ which means I have experience in all but not limited: framing, electrical, concrete, plumbing, siting, roofing, flooring, drywall, finish work, fencing, irrigation, etc. I have gained this knowledge through many years of doing remodeling, new construction, and insurance claims work. I also can manage removal of trees and stump grinding. I work mostly on referrals and haven’t done any advertising for many years. I am a family man and I treat all my customers equally, respectfully, and most importantly, honestly. I value all of my clients and their business. John does fantastic handyman work. I hired John to install an attic ladder and flooring for storage in the attic. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, showed up on time, and did what he said he was going to do. I have already hired him again for another job.

Are you looking for a dependable, punctual, contractor/handyman? Then look no further because the father/son team of John and Preston (JPB) are fabulous! I needed a variety of projects completed from new electrical wiring, installation of new mirrors, lights, changing old plumbing and installing new fixtures. JPB offered solutions to unforeseen problems that popped up along the way and at the lowest cost, which I so appreciated. I’ve used their services twice already and will be using them again in the near future!

Generally speaking yes, but each project differs. Some more than others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the Customer and spend time understanding what their needs and expectations are and how I can best fulfill them. Review the work area and offer options on how best to timely complete and deliver Quality product. Submit a quote with explanations for line items. Make myself available for project and quote clarification questions. Continuously, throughout the project, Communicate with the Customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 plus years of contracting experience delivering Quality, Timely, and Fairly Priced projects.
