Doug was amazing from the get go! He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and he took the time to really listen to my situation.
When he visited my condo, he took his time to do everything - he did a very thorough walk through inside and outside, measured everything, and took a bunch of pictures. After he was done with the visit, he said we would have the report in 2 days.
I was blown away when Doug delivered the appraisal report in the timeframe he promised. The report was awesome, with lots of good comps, and it had exactly the details I was looking for.
Doug is definitely an all-star, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him or use his services again. Thanks Doug, i'll be referring you to my family and friends! Happy 2019!

I needed an off market appraisal for a rental property I own. After selecting Doug I was promptly contacted by his assistant and my appraisal was scheduled for a few days later. Doug was more than willing to shoot me a phone call to give me a twenty minutes heads up prior to his arrival, minimizing my time off from work.
Doug arrived, we chatted briefly about the house, he inspected the property, took some pictures and asked some questions. The whole process took about 20-25 minutes.
I was told I'd receive my appraisal within 24-48 hours but due to an error (a letter being off in my e-mail address) it took a few days longer. Doug was very professional, accommodating and apologetic.
Overall I'm very pleased with my appraisal and Doug's services. He's prompt, professional and offers amazing value for his appraisal services. I highly recommend him.
