Introduction

As an artist, the most important thing to me is to bring a client’s vision to life. My clients range from large companies like Amazon, Google and Pepsi to small local business owners and homeowners. My goal is to create a masterpiece that involves a shared vision, collaboration, inspiration, and ultimately, a finished product that not only meets, but exceeds what the client desired in the first place. Each piece I create is site specific. I look at the surrounding areas and put myself into the viewers perspective. I want to add fun and color, show shadows, and highlights. Sometimes even making things look better then it would in reality. I love color! I enjoy adding that special splash to give the wall a “WOW” factor. For me it’s done with color. Showing it pop out and grab you. With every mural I paint a percentage goes to the Nonprofit Colors for Kids. We also give murals to children in our community that need art and the happiness and inspiration of color and murals.

Hailey came up to Sacramento and she and her assistant Griffin painted the side wall of our newly acquired Spiritual Center. Pastor Sharon Dunn-Alberg hoped for a butterfly emerging from a lotus flower and that is exactly what we got. The colors are rich and vibrant, and able to be seen readily by passersby.Since this very attractive mural has been up numerous people have stopped by to see what is happening at our Center (which for the last several years was a deserted Subway Sandwich Shop).Were all so pleased with how the mural turned out, and for the positive response that it has elicited from the community.

I can not say enough about how happy that I am with the work that Hayley did for me. I have a sun room in my house and it was always my dream to have a beach scene painted in there. I contacted Hayley after I found some pictures that I liked to see if she could do it. To me, these pictures looked very difficult to do, and I wasn’t sure that it could be done. Hayley responded to me that she can definitely do it and was able to do it within my budget. She was very professional when she showed up and was very easygoing. It made me laugh when she told me the mural that I wanted would be no problem to do, after I wasn’t sure it could be done. She made sure that I was happy with everything until she finished up. Everyone that goes into that room now is in awe of the work that she did. I HIGHLY recommend her and if you really want a mural done then look no further then contacting Hayley.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge approximately $20-40 per square foot. It all depends of the detail and size of the mural. Also if it's in a difficult location. This is why I give free consultations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give clients a free consultation where we go over everything that they want. I draw a sketch and once it is approved I can start painting. Along the way we can talk about the mural and make adjustments as we go.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always go with your instinct. There are so many artists out there, and so many scams. Go with an artist that has years of experience and happy clients. Not only that but someone you like and trust. I may be in your home or business painting alone. I want my clients to trust me. Also most important, like the artist. I am leaving a piece of myself for you to enjoy for a long time.
