We are very happy! Vladimir got our dryer to work again! It had stopped working and we had called a “professional” from a big brand name who said it was not the dryer, the problem was the outlet. We had an electrician change the outlet and the dryer still did not work. That’s when we called Pacific Appliance and got Vladimir to come take a look. He immediately diagnosed it, showed us the errors our machine was having, and then fixed what he could. Thank you very much!

Vladimir is very professional and responsible. His visited the first time to diagnose the parts need to be replaced for our microwave, and the second time to fix it.
