Pacific A Plus Appliances was able to send me an expert within 48 hours of contacting them. The man was knowledgeable and after 5-10 minutes identified the issue with my oven and gave me a quote. He had the parts for the repair and was done within about 90 minutes. Now my oven works properly and I was able to bake for the holidays.

Arrived during the scheduled window of time, notified me when they would arrive during the scheduled window, noticed that I had a shoe rack and promptly put booties on shoes, showed me where the leak was happening and the excess would still drip out of the leaking valve, told me that repair would be more costly than replacement for machine and that valve needed replacement, too.
