Vladimir was quick to respond to my request, made room for an evaluation the next day, diagnosed the laundry dryer issue professionally, explained the issue, and fixed it once he got the part, a couple days later. Pricing was fair and overall, I will probably get another 5 to 10 years of this higher end washer and dryer LG set. Worth the investment.
