- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to have a phone consultation to discuss experience in the water, lesson goals, and scheduling logistics. Then, I like to set up a trial lesson and we can both decide if we are a good fit before proceeding with a full-length package of sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of Pool & Ocean Swimming Experience, CPR Certified, 4-year NCAA Swimmer at Florida Tech 12-year USA Club Swimmer Former YMCA Swim Instructor Coached for two USA Clubs: Uncle Sam Swim Club, Troy NY & Brevard Swim Club, Melbourne FL. Taught over 1000 lessons since establishing Cool Strokes in 2020
