- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price & Fee: Completely for those who cannot afford for health and wellness services, and there is no fee or minimum donation requirement for most services. However, if you request for herbal medicine treatments, it will require a donation to cover the cost of herb supplies, typically ranging between $20-$50, depending on the supply cost for a 1-2 week supply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request a Service: Send us a request with your treatment location address and the specific service you're interested in. Review & Confirm: We will get back to you to confirm the date, time, and location for the appointment. Appointment Day: On the day of your appointment, Dr. Le and our clinical assistant will arrive at your location to set up the treatment area and prepare for your session. Your First Visit: The appointment will consist of three parts: Part 1 (30 minutes): We’ll begin by gathering your medical history and current health details, followed by a physical exam, including vital signs like blood pressure. Depending on your condition, additional orthopedic or neurological exams may be performed. Part 2 (30 minutes): Next, we will proceed with your acupuncture treatment. After the needles are inserted, you’ll relax on the treatment table for 20-30 minutes while the treatment takes effect. Needle retention times may vary depending on your condition. Additionally, other modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, infrared light therapy, or ear seeds may be incorporated to enhance the results, all at no extra cost. Part 3 (5-10 minutes): Finally, we will conduct a post-treatment assessment and provide lifestyle or dietary recommendations to support your ongoing well-being.
