- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request a Service: Send us a request with your treatment location address and the specific service you're interested in. We'll then provide you with the total price. Please note, if your location is outside our standard service area, a travel fee may apply. Review & Confirm: After reviewing the pricing, confirm your appointment. We will then send you an intake form to complete in preparation for your session. Appointment Day: On the day of your appointment, Dr. Le and our clinical assistant will arrive at your location to set up the treatment area and prepare for your session. Your First Visit: The appointment will consist of three parts: Part 1 (30 minutes): We’ll begin by gathering your medical history and current health details, followed by a physical exam, including vital signs like blood pressure. Depending on your condition, additional orthopedic or neurological exams may be performed. Part 2 (30 minutes): Next, we will proceed with your acupuncture treatment. After the needles are inserted, you’ll relax on the treatment table for 20-30 minutes while the treatment takes effect. Needle retention times may vary depending on your condition. Additionally, other modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, infrared light therapy, or ear seeds may be incorporated to enhance the results, all at no extra cost. Part 3 (5-10 minutes): Finally, we will conduct a post-treatment assessment and provide lifestyle or dietary recommendations to support your ongoing well-being.
