All my life I have been passionate about health and wellness. I love helping and motivating people to become their happiest version of themselves.
I have been a personal trainer for six years. I have always felt like I had a missing tool in my tool box when it came to balanced nutrition and making it doable and easy to follow. I watched someone at our church lose over 200 pounds and keep it off for years. Since then I have assisted many people with the same program to make changes in their weight and mindset. Our program is unique because you have a coach, community, habits of health, and our balanced fuelings! Our program was founded by a cardiovascular trauma surgeon and our food/fuelings are done by John Hopkins University. I will also teach you how to create a lean and green meal that your whole family will enjoy. When the time is right we will introduce exercise. We will be working closely create healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle that is attainable long term.
Working with people of all ages and showing them that they can make the necessary changes to achieve their goals is so rewarding. I enjoy building relationships. I love watching and guiding people making to make these changes.
