Introduction
All my life I have been passionate about health and wellness. I love helping and motivating people to become their happiest version of themselves. I have been a personal trainer for six years. I have always felt like I had a missing tool in my tool box when it came to balanced nutrition and making it doable and easy to follow. I watched someone at our church lose over 200 pounds and keep it off for years. Since then I have assisted many people with the same program to make changes in their weight and mindset. Our program is unique because you have a coach, community, habits of health, and our balanced fuelings! Our program was founded by a cardiovascular trauma surgeon and our food/fuelings are done by John Hopkins University. I will also teach you how to create a lean and green meal that your whole family will enjoy. When the time is right we will introduce exercise. We will be working closely create healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle that is attainable long term. Working with people of all ages and showing them that they can make the necessary changes to achieve their goals is so rewarding. I enjoy building relationships. Cheryl is an awesome personal trainer!!! I have had some physical injuries and health issues to work through and Cheryl has been a great motivator and trainer through this. She takes the time to make sure you are doing the exercises with the right form and works with and around the injury. She is also great about checking in and following up with her clients. She is very knowledgeable and personalizes a workout that works for the individual. Cheryl has made working out fun again! She loves what she does and brings that enthusiasm with her. Cheryl is absolutely amazing! I was nervous to start exercising but Cheryl alleviated any fear right away. She really focuses on making small, attainable goals which lead to a healthy lifestyle. I have an extensive shoulder injury and she has been incredibly supportive in finding ways to customize my weight routine. Cheryl keeps exercise fun and engaging. She is a pro at pushing and motivating you, but not overwhelming you. She is so knowledgable in all aspects of fitness. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to exercising! I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone and everyone!

I have been working out with Cheryl for over a year now. She has designed a program to fit my personal needs and goals. The workouts are challenging yet she makes them fun! I always feel so energized after a session. I love her creativity and positive energy!

I was a little nervous as I recently had surgery. Cheryl was amazing. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was patient, understanding and extremely motivating! Cheryl provided detailed instruction with each exercise to ensure optimal results. I highly recommend Cheryl as a personal trainer and instructor.

Cheryl did a great job with giving me a few workouts using free weights & exercises for core strength. Very good @ explaining the correct form for each exercise. She is very positive & motivating!!
