My focus is to help those who are in pain. Whether it be from everyday overuse of sitting in front of the computer, injuries, scar tissue, or depression/anxiety; I offer personalized care for each person targeting specific muscle groups. The modalities that I use are advanced neuromuscular trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue. We will work together to help relieve your pain.

Amanda is the best! I have been following her practice where ever she goes for over 10 years. She has such great energy. She can feel what your body needs and where to spend more time working during the massage. Love her firm pressure and massage techniques. She truly has the gift of massage and a healing touch.
