Our son has been coached by Dustin for a number of years. He goes beyond telling the kids what to do and where to go as he truly takes the time to teach the “why” in situations. He transfers his high basketball IQ to the kids and helps players understand things from a team concept. We rely on Dustin to encourage and push our son appropriately, as a kid who loves the game.
