I hired DFranco to fix an irrigation leak and they were excellent. Jose responded right way to my inquiry, he was very easy to coordinate with and worked around our schedule. When they did the work, Jose explained everything that was found, what the intended fixes were, showed me pictures and videos taken during the project, and thoroughly explained all options. He showed up on time, was always willing to answer any questions, and made sure to put everything back in its place when his work was completed. The fix was great, quickly completed, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use DFranco again, highly recommend!!

My front and back yards had multiple irrigation issues since originally installed 20 years earlier, and I hired DFranco to completely redo the irrigation. My yard is complex with terraces, multiple retaining walls and other barriers. He did a deep analysis of where the problems were, what needed to be done, and an accurate quote. He clearly has incredible irrigation expertise, and he did a great job making sure every plant in my yards received the correct amount of water, with minimal waste. My water bill has dropped substantially since he did his work, my plants look great, and he taught me what I need to know to adjust the system if necessary to get continued great function in the years ahead. I definitely recommend working with him, and if I ever need irrigation work in the future, I'll be coming back!

Jose was super professional and right on time to help fix my sprinkler valve. He also helped me trouble shoot a faulty zone in my sprinkler system which was not prt of the original work. I would definitely recommend him for sprinklers and irrigation needs.

No I'm not, I do prefer to see the problem first and then a sumit a quote for their review. I offer to visit the client free of charge and if we agree with the price I perform the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen there needs , inspect the problem and recommend a solution for it . Or summit a quote for the installation of a new system if that is the case
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Irrigation tech certification, Backflow Test certification, 2Wire Irrigation Controllers Irrigation controllers and low voltage electric trainings.
