My primary focus is on maintaining and repairing existing irrigation systems in addition my experience lays in extending and upgrading systems to meet clients needs by optimizing head coverage and minimized system pressure loss. Improving water conservation by tracking water leaks. Installation from start to end of timers and sprinklers, trouble shoot electric issues as they arise. Installation and replacement of malfunction irrigation valves both residential and commercial properties. We hired DFranco to help fix a range of issues with an existing drip system. We had low pressure in some areas, unidentified leaks in others, and overall we didn't know how to get it to work better. DFranco was amazing! They did an assessment of our entire yard, were very detailed in their explanations, and did an amazing job of fixing problems and importantly teaching me why the problems occurred so I can potentially prevent/ fix them myself going forward. 5/5 stars. José responded promptly to my request for an estimate and we walked through the job. I needed to add a drip irrigation zone to my existing system, and this involved trenching and tunneling under both a walkway on the side of my house and the public sidewalk. Based on the estimate discussion the job was scheduled. Started and completed the same day, 10 days after the estimate. Very detailed invoice to document the work performed and José warrants his work for one year. He was very professional and I'd certainly hire him again.

No I'm not, I do prefer to see the problem first and then a sumit a quote for their review. I offer to visit the client free of charge and if we agree with the price I perform the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen there needs , inspect the problem and recommend a solution for it . Or summit a quote for the installation of a new system if that is the case
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Irrigation tech certification, Backflow Test certification, 2Wire Irrigation Controllers Irrigation controllers and low voltage electric trainings.
