What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can get a package. If you have the time, you will be able to become bilingual in 6 months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always check the basic knowledge they bring to class. And go through what is needed to cover the basic foundation of the language, this way the learner feels confident and clear. Then I personalice classes according to their level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have accomplished a certification as a language trainer in Europe. This has given me the confidence I needed to get started as a teacher. I have experienced classes from some of the best teachers in in the USA and in Germany.
