- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a two-hour minimum. After 3 hours, we charge in 15-minute increments. We provide 2 options for our clients to pay for services: -Hourly rate per hour with cash payment. Discount -Hourly rate per hour with debit/credit card, or Venmo, payments. Our rates include: -Truck. -Gas and Mileages. -Labor. -Stairs. -Long walks from your door to the truck. -Blankets and Pads. -Disassembly and Reassembly for large furniture. -Unlimited Shrink Wrap. -All moving equipment included. -Over 10 miles double drive time applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our best way to communicate with our customers is by text or email. Also, we love to chat with them about the process or any details about the move that we have to know in advance, it helps a lot to us to do a stress-free move.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
10 years ago, I was moving, and I understood the important challenges and concerns that anybody may feel with their belongings before moving, especially with my fragile household goods. After 6 years working in the moving industry, I founded Boutique Moving Services in 2018 with my Sprinter Cargo Van. I can deliver, haul, move, relocate, drive, assemble, disassemble, remove junk, drop off, transfer, rearrange, move office furniture, haul old items, install, set up, and so much more. I am truly blessed to have excellent folks around me, working as a motivated, creative and honest team. For us, only the best will do.
