Felix and his team did a fantastic job replacing our old roof with a new one. The work was done very professionally with good value for money and on time. Felix had kept me updated on the progress of the work on a daily basis and did due diligence of inspecting it upon completion. I had 8 bids. Felix didn’t come out in person yet offered the most complete offer. He was fair and arrived daily with a large crew to quickly do a complete roof tear off and new roof. Cleaned up each day and priced more competitive than most others. Offered great solutions to current problems with an awning too. Definitely recommend him and the team.

Final inspection passed. Today, as owner, checked roof personally! Great job by Felix and team! Dry rot repaired, new belly ribbon strip replaced and secured! Good communication and most competitive bid of all 7 bids!! Will have Felix bid on other jobs upcoming!
