Recently had my in-law unit including the bathroom redecorated by Henson Drywall & Paint Services. Floyd initially met me at the property to chat and carry out a survey so he could provide an accurate estimate. I was very pleased with his attitude and his approach. We got along very well. On the day, they arrived on time, moved and protected the furniture before preparing the walls and then painting as we had agreed. Floyd did a great job and I'll be calling him again to schedule more work. I would happily recommend him. He's a very likeable guy, listens well and is good at what he does.

Floyd and his team did incredible work on texturing my ceilings. I had another party remove my popcorn ceiling prior to them arriving, and I wish I had had Floyd et al handle the whole process. They were extremely professional, covering every surface they came into contact with, patched up the "mistakes" the earlier contractor made, and left the house looking cleaner and better than when they arrived. We were all very impressed and will hire Floyd again for our next project.

I had to bring Floyd out to the project to see how my current drywall and texture and he gave excellent advice which helped me finish with the existing drywall company. I could tell he has much experience and his insight helped me finish that job with the other company. We then went to priming and painting the entire house incl. garage which was a big job as it was 2 coats of primer on brand new drywall with a Level 5 finish. The results were excellent and I ended up also adding additional work with final painting of the kitchen and bathroom which came out splendidly. You will get the sense that Floyd is busy and stays busy - for good reason - but I never felt rushed or that he was hurrying through the job just to finish. I was impressed at how professional he was and I appreciate the attentiveness to detail and to also make sure he treated the jobsite and this project with the utmost consideration. It was a pleasure to work with Floyd - I am glad everything aligned - pricing and availability - and that I was able to connect and work with him. Will certainly reach out in the future and I get the feeling I should be very glad that I had the chance to work with him now as I am sure he will only continue to be in higher and higher demand. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning Work with a new client, I like to be upfront with them . No one likes surprises , For that very reason, I always try my hardest to investigate and Learn everything down to the smallest detail about what their project requires. I’m a peoples person I’d like to know peoples budget so I can give them as many options as I can to leave the client satisfied with the finished product and also Happy that they stayed in their price range.

I graduated from a 4 year Drywall trade school.
