- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe pricing is fair based upon knowledge and experience. Discounts for multiple sessions paid in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Need to know if their are any current or prior to injuries. Is their a history or current issues of any health concerns. Are the customer in good health? Are the customer coachable?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
