We do hauling commercial/residential moves pianos pool tables and hot tubs. The crew was did an excellent job packing the moving POD. They even helped me wrap my furniture to prevent moisture damage. Very polite. On time. Efficient. Worth the money.

Customers should know that I charge both hourly rates and flat rates depending on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with introducing the company. Then I tell them a little bit about my company and what we provide. After I ask a few routine questions about the details of the job, then I ask about the budget they have to work with so I can work with them on the price. All prices are negotiable. I work with the customer as much as I can to make sure they are comfortable with the price as well.
