FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing on standard fixture, outlet, and switch installations. Otherwise, a service call for troubleshooting will be $129 for the first hour and then $100 for every hour after. For larger, jobs we will be happy to give you a fair, no cost estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather as much information as I can and enjoy building a trusting relationship with my clients. I want to hear all your concerns and build you an estimate that will address your project needs at a price you can afford. We are a family owned business that prides ourselves on serving the community we live in, therefore client satisfaction is paramount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out in the new home building and remodel market. Later, I went to trade school and completed my apprenticeship to earn my electricians license. During this time I worked for a variety of large electrical contractors. After graduating I spent 10 years working for the same contractor as a journeyman and foreman. I pride myself on being able to combine formal education and practical field experience to bring a comprehensive approach to problem solving with my clients.
