Fadi was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was always very upfront and clear about costs from the get go, as well as immediately reachable, polite, friendly, etc. Once he and his associate arrived, they worked diligently and quickly and were so delightful. They even helped me with a last minute request for junk to be hauled away. I only wish I had known earlier that they do *all* aspects of move in/move out jobs, including cleaning, painting, handyman services, windows, junk hauling, carpet cleaning, etc. It would’ve been so wonderful to only hire one pro and meet at the house one time for all of the odd jobs we needed help with. Highly recommend and will definitely call again for future needs! Thanks so much, Fadi!

Incredible service, from the moment of calling them. Worked with my crazy, time-sensitive schedule. Promptly on time. My husband is almost paranoid these days, thinking people will take belongings and not do a good job. Even my husband was amazed, saw how great the carpets turned out (after years of neglect). They were very professional, approachable. Even though they make a specific intention to let us know the carpets may not return to new, the carpets LOOKED almost brand new-- including getting some areas of the rugs up that had been very worn down over time. So very impressed. Going to have them do other areas and also cleaning for us. We have found our main go-to!! Not to mention they didn't charge me an arm and a leg!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of our top priorities is communicating to our customers an exact price so that there are no surprises. Our minimum for carpet cleaning/floor care is $195, which covers three areas. Each additional area is $65 and all work includes spot removal and deodorizer for carpet cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From start to finish, we ensure that we are communicative and transparent with our customers. We first pinpoint exactly what you are looking to accomplish. One of our trained professionals will then come out to conduct a free in person estimate and talk to you about your project. This will allow us to effectively communicate your exact price and what to expect with our service. Afterwards, we find a good date and time us to begin our work!
