- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is one of the lowest you will be able to find on thumbtack, I know everything is outrageously high in prices right now, I set my prices low to let people know you can still get great quality work without having to write a big check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new client is when I arrive to their home I ask to be shown around first to get a feel of what needs to be done and see where everything is, after the quick tour i like to give a little run down of what is included with the cleaning type they chose, I ask if they have anything specific they would like me to do or if they would like to add any extra service. After talking to the client getting a good idea of what they want done I get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by a ‘lead cleaner’ at one of the vacation rentals I clean and have been cleaning for over two years. Six months ago I was made ‘lead cleaner’ of the group!
