The owner, Chris, has over 16 years experience as an IT Specialist. He also has his Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from SDSU. Chris has experience working as a Computer Systems Engineer and IT Service Manager for a local Managed IT Service provider. He supported the IT needs for small businesses, such as accounting firms, law firms, realtor/broker agencies, dental offices, chiropractic offices, construction companies. He then launched Aztec IT Solutions and is very passionate about resolving IT issues quickly to minimize downtime while keeping open lines of communication throughout the process. Chris was very knowledgeable in helping my husband & I set up our Deco tp-link Wi-Fi Expander, both my husband and I are not computer savvy, we are both in our late 70th and he was very patient with us. We bought the expander because they claim anyone can set it up, we attempt to do it our self, however it was to difficult. I can only give him a five star but it should be a ten. I will not hesitate to hire him again, if we ever need any computer help. Thanks thumbtacks & Thanks Chris at Aztec it solutions.

I was very impressed with the work Chris did for my company. I needed to complete a data base transfer of information from my old computer to the new one. With that came unexpected glitches that Chris handled with no problem. Since it was Sunday and I needed this done in order to start the week off right I appreciated his willingness and availability to help me. Chris was absolutely amazing, and that is still an understatement. He helped set up the network for our business in our new suite. I know very little about networks and computers, but Chris explained everything in a way I could understand and was so helpful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounted pricing of $95/hr for clients who are on a monthly retainer with me. For other break-fix type of work, the pricing is $125/hr plus a $35 travel fee, if needed.
