I contacted Jose with West Bay Air during a family emergency. During the hottest day of the summer, my air conditioner burned out and I was suffering to sleep and live in my own house. The next day, Jose showed up to troubleshoot my air conditioner. He gave me a no bullshit answer about my options and since my system was so old I decided to have my external unit replaced. Due to the urgency of my request, Jose rearranged his schedule and returned to my home in the late afternoon to install a new air conditioner working late into the evening. Upon discovering the unit wasn’t blowing cool enough as expected he took a deeper dive into my system totally free of charge to ensure my home was reaping the maximum benefit. He discovered that my internal unit could run a larger air conditioner and swapped it out with no additional cost. Jose is an up and coming business man who believes in helping his customers and not profiting off of them. He did everything he could to help me out, not inconvenience me and made good on his promise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for HVAC services. Jose will hook you up and take good care of you.
