The best thing to say about Luis is amazing. He showed up diagnosed the issue and gave on the site options. 1 - recharge (older unit) or 2 - replace (which he’d have to research, but I know would be much more costly). He was very friendly, organized, professional and courteous. A true man of his experience and words. Thank you again. I will recommend him to anyone needing AC service.

Luis was very prompt, on time and helped fix our AC unit, the issue itself was a minor broken fuse, but his approach to the problem was sound and professional. And it prepared us for a very hot week coming up. He also took on additional work as well, on a separate problem we had (with a separate charge, of course), but delivered well there too.
