Denis was very proactive. When he received my message, he messaged he would call me which he promptly did. I had explained to him what was going on and what I found in my own research. Since I like to try to do things myself. He gave me an estimate over the phone which was extremely reasonable and came that same afternoon. He verified what I thought was the challenge and then got straight to work. If you're a do-it-yourselfer and you think you might be in over your head, I suggest not even bother tackling the job and contacting Denis ASAP. I appreciate his knowledge, his professionalism, and is proactiveness and would hire him again. Thank you 🙂
