GGAV was very responsive and came to complete the job on the same day I called. The service provider, Frank, was efficient and precise, and very accommodating as the job had a number of unique elements (TV removal, AV issues). Highly recommend!

I bought a new Samsung Frame TV and I contacted several places to provide a quick quote for mounting and I was shocked how many people never returned my inquiry. I searched Yelp and Google but was surprised how poorly their customer service process was being handled. Frank was very fast to respond, and this was important because I had put this project off for almost 2 years. So long, in fact, I actually bought a new TV. Finally my family was going to be traveling so there were would be fewer people around, and I wanted to take advantage of this short window of opportunity. Frank was very respectful of my home, and he followed up with text reminders, and completed the job remarkably fast considering the research he did to give me the best option for mounting my TV. He communicated throughout the entire process, and reassured me that I would get the clean and minimal-look I was seeking. Overall, very satisfied with his response time, and advice on heating options for my home.

I highly recommend working with Frank and Golden Gate AV Pros! Frank mounted a 65” TV for me and it looks great. He also helped select a mount and made sure the placement and wire configuration worked for my setup. He also gave me additional advice on wiring needed for installing a smart thermostat and for wiring my house with network cables. I would definitely hire him again!
