I had a terrible experience with this company. The technician they sent was extremely unprofessional, using dishonest tactics and intimidation. Despite confirming the price over the phone, he demanded more money upon arrival. Although they advertise free estimates, the technician showed up late and dismantled my deadbolt to check if it could be rekeyed. He then refused to reassemble it and threatened not to leave my property unless I paid a service fee. He finally left after I threatened to call the police, but he left my deadbolt in pieces. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

This company came to fix my front door lock and broke it and I can not open it anymore. I paid $180 to the guy. Now they don’t want to return to fix the problem!
