- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the location, # of hours and total people. Total people # is needed because my menu features cocktails + mocktails and everyone comes up to the bar. Corporate event pricing is based on per person normally
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know the party demographics so I can customize the cocktails based on drinking preferences. I've learned that each culture has their own drinking preference + favorites
