- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate is $95 per hour for 1 organizer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a free 20 minute discovery call with our business owner Sarah. During the call we can discuss the project more in-depth and find out more about the client's needs, and we can tell the client about our approach and answer any questions the client has. Our organizing sessions typically involve working side by side with the client, although we are able to work independently for large portions of the session, if needed. We do require that the client is home during the sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Room Service Home Organizing is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and we have a NAPO Specialist Certificate in Organizing for Life Transitions. We are also members of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD). We've taken dozens of courses and seminars through NAPO University on strategies for organizing with all sorts of populations (children, seniors, clients with ADHD, chronically disorganized, and more).
