- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In CA our hourly rate of $75 and additional organizers for larger projects are $65/hr. I’m SC and GA our hourly rate is $65/hr. We have a minimum of 4 hours per day in all states.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free phone consultation to discuss the specifics of the job and confirm we’re a match. We can also meet for a free in home consultation to see the space you need help with or you can send me photos. My simple process is S. E. O. Method. S-sort by category E-edit what you no longer love, use or need O-organize what you’re keeping into bins/baskets and label when needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a member of NAPO, National Association of Professional Organizers. I hold certificates in chronic disorganization and hoarding disorders from ICD, the institute of challenging disorganization. I’ve also taken an online class with Marie Kondo, the author of The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up and I’ve had over 10 years of training through Nordstrom for project organizing and space planning.
