As a property manager, I've worked with Eddie throughout the last 20+ years on various projects both small and large and he does not disappoint. He's a great communicator which I have found is usually not the case with most contractors. He is reasonably priced and the workmanship is top notch. Eddie and his team have completed several full renovations for us and we've been quite pleased with the results.
